ACCREDITED METHOD
Wood of Cooperage
Service intended for cooperage wood particularly suited to the limits recommended by the Federation of Coopers of France.
> Exclusive analysis method developed in-house, very efficient by double extraction and injection in Thermo-Desorption (TD) coupled in GCMS.
> COFRAC accredited method since 2016
SIMPLIFIED METHOD
For Wood, Cardboard, Container Floor
Service intended for cooperage wood, container floor, framework, cardboard... not requiring to be carried out under COFRAC accreditation.
This flexibility allows us to offer a service that evolves technically allowing:
> Improved performance and analysis times
> Reduction in the use of energy and consumables reducing costs (constantly increasing) and our environmental impact
PATENTED SYSTEMS
For checking finished barrels
Two systems are available to best meet your expectations. Both are non-destructive. The probes are analyzed upon receipt in TD_GCMS (rapid results).
TTD: Dynamic trapping in the atmosphere of the barrel
> Suitable for production or reception control
> Sampling by aspiration (module provided) on 2 cartridges containing a specific absorbent material (patent pending)
TTB: Passive trapping device for barrels
> Alternative to TTD, does not require specific equipment
> Suitable for export monitoring or property control
ACCREDITED METHOD FOR RED WINES
Wine, Water, Spirits

> Single or triple extraction
> COFRAC accredited method for red wines
> New: Analysis in spirits
ACCORDING O.I.V. METHOD
Corks
Corks are analyzed following the recommended method by maceration in a hydro-alcoholic solution
For contact materials (silicone bung, flour, paint, plastic, bubble wrap...). We apply a migration technique similar to that applied for plugs.
> Warning: for corks, the exposure and then extraction time is relatively long.
